The Palmetto Excel Center is South Carolina’s only charter high school that serves adult learners who want to earn high school diplomas. Located in North Charleston on the campus of Trident Technical College, the in-person school provides tuition-free education and also grants industry-recognized certifications. The center addresses the challenges that hinder many individuals from pursuing or completing their high school educations due to life commitments and circumstances.
